Set in a fictional town of Waxonburg, this animated comedy involves Matthew Warrenson (better known as Matty Warrenson), a rebellious, sarcastic, sometimes timid and dim-witted, yet very good-natured and well-meaning punk who, of course, looks like a rocker as he got the hair, the leather jacket, the jeans and all. We mean, he is, but he's more than just that, he's an everyday punk-of-all-trades! (Did you know that he's also a clerk at WhatStop? Or how about a student in Waxonburg Community College?)

Accompanied by his best friends, Bryce Rodriguez, Aaron Mitchell, his bandmates Jody Howardson and James and Lou Phillips, and WhatStop founder Kevin B. Ross (better known as Mr. B.oss) and his fraternal twin sons Daryl and Darren, this one long-haired punk rocker has everything up his leather sleeve, and what's everything are those zany misadventures and unusual conflicts that strive into one hilarious situation after the next in the neighborhood of Larkery Homes.

It's all good and all, until Matty faces his biggest challenge yet: His main archenemy, Buck Markash, a greedy, selfish, and corrupt billionaire landlord and founder and CEO of MarkashCo., Inc., who wants to turn the lives of Matty and his friends, family, and neighbors upside down, just to make a quick profit for himself!
